High-risk rules
Define the conditions that should always trigger stronger verification — high-value transactions, recent profile changes, or other signals you consider elevated risk. When a call matches, Confirm automatically requires a second factor before the agent can proceed.
Voice-mismatch rules
When a caller's live voice does not match the voiceprint on file, that is one of the strongest fraud signals you can get. Voice-mismatch rules surface it immediately and let you decide what happens next — step up to OTP, route to a specialist, or hold the transaction.
Turning it on
- Open the verification settings in your Confirm console.
- Choose the conditions for each rule and the action it should take.
- Save — new rules apply to the next call, with every outcome logged.
